Policy and commitment

SARL NORMISO, founded in 1998, is a private type A company specialised in technical control, tally, marine surveying, non-destructive testing, CSR, product certification and system certification. Acting on behalf of producers, manufacturers, buyers and/or sellers, it deploys all its human and technical resources to verify that manufacturing systems and goods conform to the technical specifications and the national and/or international standards agreed between the contracting parties — with speed, efficiency, impartiality and safety.

Our objectives

  • a scientific study of the market;
  • a programme of training, information and refresher courses for staff;
  • a client-listening procedure;
  • maintaining and continuously improving a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ILAC-P15 and ISO 17065;
  • bringing the quality management system into compliance with ISO 17021;
  • giving importance to research.

NORMISO cultivates a dynamic character — widening the range of controlled products, introducing new services and new working methods — and a forward-looking one. With a view to official recognition, it plans to apply to ALGERAC for accreditation under ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015.

Our commitments

  • guarantee the independence, impartiality and integrity of our assignments;
  • ensure the confidentiality of our interventions;
  • deploy qualified, multidisciplinary human resources;
  • pursue training, supervision and specialisation;
  • acquire adequate equipment for the proper performance of our services;
  • develop new services to offer clients a broader range of activities;
  • provide the resources needed for the quality management system;
  • operate management structures and procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17020:2012, ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015.

A quality manager (RMQ) oversees the permanent implementation and follow-up of the quality management system, together with the certification committee and the impartiality committee. Progress and quality indicators are reviewed periodically at management meetings.
