• Data collected — identification and contact details provided through our forms (quotation, application, survey, complaint) and in the course of our services;
• Purposes — handling your requests, performing our services, meeting legal and accreditation obligations;
• Retention — data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes;
• Recipients — authorised NORMISO staff; data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes;
• Your rights — access, rectification and deletion, subject to legal obligations.
