How do I request a quotation?

Are your reports and certificates recognised by the authorities?
Yes. NORMISO is an ALGERAC-accredited type A inspection body (ISO/IEC 17020, certificate No. 2-064) and an accredited product certification body (ISO/IEC 17065, No. 3-2-001). See our authorisations.
What does “type A body” mean?
It is the highest level of independence in ISO/IEC 17020: a third-party body, independent of the designer, manufacturer, supplier and operator of the items it inspects.
Which NDT techniques do you perform?
The five techniques covered by our accreditation and approval No. 18/2016: radiographic (RT), ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT), penetrant (PT) and visual (VT) testing — during fabrication, in service or after repair.
Do you operate everywhere in Algeria?
Yes: 11 offices cover the country — Ghazaouet, Oran, Arzew, Mostaganem, Ténès, Algiers (head office), Béjaïa, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba and Hassi Messaoud. See our locations.
How do I get my steel products (rebars) certified?
Send us a request: we share the certification scheme, evaluate your product (testing, audit) and take the certification decision impartially, followed by periodic surveillance. Details on the Product certification page.
Do you qualify welders and welding procedures?
Yes, under ALGERAC accreditation: welder qualification tests (ASME IX, ISO 9606) and welding procedure qualifications WPQR (ASME IX, ISO 15614), with certificates recognised by project owners.
Do you inspect lifts?
Yes: NORMISO is designated by the Ministry of Housing for lift model approval, statutory inspection at commissioning and periodic in-service inspections.
Are you authorised for the hydrocarbon sector?
Yes: NORMISO is prequalified by the Hydrocarbon Regulatory Authority for statutory control and technical inspections (attestation No. 19 of 27/08/2026) and for impact and danger studies (28/11/2024).
Do you provide training?
Yes: an approved private training institution (decision No. 1437), NORMISO covers some fifteen domains. Download the training catalogue (PDF).
What do you offer for import-export?
Conformity control and tally of goods: quantitative control (weighing, counting, draft survey) and quality control of agri-food, construction and manufactured products, at plants, warehouses and ports.
How can I follow my file?
Through the client portal, which gives access to your files, reports and certificates. To get credentials: direction@normiso.com.
How do I lodge a complaint or an appeal?
Through the online complaint form. Every complaint or appeal is handled impartially, with acknowledgement within 7 working days.
