In accordance with ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17065 and its own values, SARL NORMISO makes its services accessible to every applicant under fair, non-discriminatory conditions.

• our policies and procedures are non-discriminatory and administered in a non-discriminatory way;
• access to our services is not conditioned on the size of the client, membership of any association, or the number of certificates already issued;
• no undue financial or other conditions restrict access;
• every request within our scope is handled under the same rules and reference prices;
• our decisions rest exclusively on objective evidence of conformity;
• any refusal is always based on objective grounds — never on discriminatory considerations.
